Your legal rights
When you buy goods from a business, in law you have a number of rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Our policy
In addition to your legal rights, here are our returns policy.
Faulty Or Damaged Goods
If you receive a product which is faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge and without delay.
If an item arrives and the packaging or the item itself is clearly and significantly damaged, please take a photo showing the damage, refuse to accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you notice that an item is damaged after it has been delivered to you, please contact us as soon as possible, at [email protected] and we will be happy to assist.
If we require you to return the product to us, we will pay the cost of the return postage.
Cancellations And Changes
As we print to order, unfortunately we are unlikely to be able to cancel or make changes (including print selection and size) once your order has been placed. If you have ordered the wrong item please contact immediately. If an item has already been dispatched or delivered, the buyer is responsible for any return postage costs.
Non-faulty goods
If you receive the item and wish to change your mind, please first contact to notify us. You have 14 days to return. Refunds will be issued within 14 days. For non-faulty items, the buyer is responsible for return postage costs.
